JC Cut Off Point 2026: Guide to All Junior Colleges

Junior College (JC) Cut-Off Points for 2026
Looking for the latest JAE 2026 cut-off points for Junior Colleges in Singapore? The following table shows the net aggregate L1R5 scores for all JCs based on the 2026 Joint Admissions Exercise (JAE), released on 3 February 2026. Data is sourced directly from the MOE SchoolFinder.
What is L1R5?
L1R5 stands for your first language (L1) plus 5 relevant subjects (R5). This is the aggregate score used for JC admission via JAE. A lower score is better. Bonus points (e.g. CCA) are deducted from your gross aggregate to get your net aggregate score.

How to Read the Cut-Off Points
The range shown (e.g. “2 – 7”) means the best-scoring admitted student had a net aggregate of 2, and the last (worst-scoring) admitted student had a net aggregate of 7. The cut-off point is the higher number — you need to score at or below that number to be eligible.
Which JC Should You Apply To?
Use these cut-off points as a reference when submitting your JAE choices. Remember that cut-off points can shift by 1–2 points each year. Always apply to a mix of “reach”, “target”, and “safe” JCs across your 12 choices.
